Annual AC tune-up, Randy G is absolutely the best HVAC service person i’ve ever had. He is very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service explaining all the meter readings and what they meant. I called Gulf Coast at the last minute as my app't with my regular service company had just been cancelled , explaining that They were just too busy with emergency calls. I can understand once, but this was the 3rd time. So I decided to give Gulf Coast a call, and they were able to help me and were able to come that very day, as they had just had a cancellation. I think companies should answer emergency calls, but they shouldn't book so many regular calls that the regulars have to be postponed over and over again. Gulf Coast did a great job, and will be my goto company from now on!! Thank you, Sylvia
